Our Company History

Founded in 1988, Capitol Research Services initially opened in downtown Lansing and was quickly established as one of the key test sites for consumer goods and services in the Midwest. In 1995, Capitol Research Services expanded and relocated to East Lansing. Capitol Research Services is a full service market research company dedicated to providing accurate and reliable market research services in a timely, cost-effective manner. Our extensive research experience includes many industries and spans nearly 20 years. Our facility features state-of-the-art focus group capabilities for non-intrusive observation. In 2005, Capitol Research Services President and CEO, Rachelle Neal, was awarded the expert level Professional Research Certification (PRC) by the Marketing Research Association.
