Rachelle Neal, President, PRC.

Rachelle Neal is founder, owner, and chief researcher for Capitol Research Services. In 2005, the national Marketing Research Association (MRA) awarded her the Professional Research Certification (PRC) of Research Company CEO, expert level. The certification recognizes the unique qualifications and expertise of marketing research professionals. Neal is the only researcher in the area to achieve this designation. She has a wealth of corporate research experience gained throughout more than 25 years. Neal, who earned an M.A. degree from Michigan State University, has conducted seminars for market research professionals.

In 1996, Neal was named Small Business Person of the Year by the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce. In 1999, The Entrepreneurial Awards of Greater Lansing named her Socially Responsible Entrepreneur of the Year. She has served on the Board of Directors for many local organizations, including Capital Region Community Foundation, Rotary Club of Lansing, Capital Area United Way, Sparrow Development, Inc., YMCA, Greater Lansing Symphony Orchestra, Arts Council of Greater Lansing, Junior Achievement, and the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Neal has been the Michigan representative to the Marketing Research Association's Capitol Network.

Pingping Yu, Research Director

Pingping YuPingping Yu has 10 years’ research experience with two of the world’s largest market research companies including Neilsen and Ipsos. Prior to joining Capitol Research Services in 2010, Pingping served a large variety of clients, from large international companies such as Proctor & Gamble and Kraft, to small start-up companies. Her expertise includes consumer goods and business to business clients.

Yu primary focus is quantitative research but she has conducted many qualitative studies, as well. For the last few years in her career, she specialized in advertising and communication effectiveness measurement and brand equity studies. At Ipsos, China, Pingping managed the ASI Key Account Team dedicated to Proctor & Gamble value-added ad effectiveness studies.

In 2007 Pingping cofounded a media effectiveness research firm in China and was in charge of the development and testing of the company’s core research model.

Pingping Yu received her MBA from the Eli Broad College of Business of Michigan State
University, in May 2010. She obtained a B.A. degree in English Literature from Peking University, China.
